1 – Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for themselves and any minors entrusted to them for the rental items.

2 – Theft or Total Breakage
In the event of total breakage or theft, the rental equipment will be charged to the renter at its fair market value.

3 – Reporting the Theft
In the event of theft, the renter is required to file a report with the competent law enforcement authorities.

4 – Theft
In the event of theft or loss of the rental item, the renter must pay the fair market value of the lost item.

5 – Partial Damage
In the event of partial damage to the equipment, the repair will be charged to the renter according to the current repair price list..

6 – Replacement of Equipment
Replacement of the rental item with equipment of equal value is always possible during the term of the contract. Replacement is also possible with equipment of a different value category, with a charge for the difference in value for a higher category, but no refund for a lower category.

7 – Payment and Return
The rental equipment must be paid for up to and including the return date and must be returned by the evening of the agreed-upon last day.

8 – Early Termination
Early termination of the rental agreement is possible by returning the equipment without the lessee being entitled to a refund.

9 – Refunds
Refunds are made exclusively in the case of illness and/or injury upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

10 – Personal Data Protection
In accordance with data protection laws, the lessee authorizes the rental company to use their personal data for statistical purposes. 11 – Pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. No. 196/03 and subsequent amendments, Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the personal data collected will be processed in paper and/or digital format, exclusively within the scope of the procedure for which this request is submitted. Any refusal to provide such data may make it impossible to process your request. The data will be viewed only by personnel strictly involved in your relationship and will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill all legal obligations.
